ONBOARD MEDICAL OXYGEN
The service of on-board medical oxygen is available only on flights between Guam (GUM) and Tokyo (NRT) and flights between Guam (GUM) and Honolulu (HNL). Passengers can carry on board and use their own portable oxygen concentrators for all other flights.
If there are any questions about passenger health and he/she is not suitable for traveling without the use of medical oxygen. Those passengers may request documentation from a licensed medical physician to verify that he/she can complete the flight safely and without the use of medical oxygen.
The use of liquid oxygen is prohibited on United aircraft. However, it can be accepted only, if the liquid oxygen unit is empty by way of a gauge or color indicator. An empty unit can be transported only if the valve remains open for the duration of the flight.
There is an exemption, the supplemental personal medical oxygen and other respiratory-related equipment and devices (e.g. nebulizer, respirator) are allowed in aircraft after the TSA screening checkpoint once they have undergone screening.
The airline accepts generally compressed gas cylinders in checked baggage or as a carry-on only if the following conditions are met.
1.    If the regulator valve is completely disconnected from the cylinder
2.    The cylinder is no longer sealed (i.e., the cylinder has an open end).
